Rental Application

Our application process is with minimal hassle and no fees. Application process requires 2 months proof of income AND good rental history. Minimum lease term available is 1-year. Security deposit is variable based on the property, but can be as little as $500. Application requirements include, complete signed application, 2-month proof of income, and recent credit report. If you do not have a recent credit report available, you are entitled for a free one annually, which you may obtain now at annualcreditreport.com.
